RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. Returns can be made on items within 30 days of order placed, not the date delivered, provided they're in original condition—unworn, unwashed and with tags still intact—processing in 5-7 business days once received. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

International Returns

Returns can be made on items within 30 days of order placed—not the date delivered—processing in 7-10 business days once received. Please include the original packing slip with return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds, minus the shipping costs, will be issued once the return is received and customers will be notified when processing is complete. Be sure to save all tracking information, as Oldan is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please note exchanges/credit are not available for international orders.

International Shipments 

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note all items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

WARRANTY 

Oldan does not offer a general warranty on items. If customers receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting sales@oldan.co.uk. Each case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to orders may be possible up until fulfillment begins; however, they are not guaranteed once the order is confirmed. Any requests made after confirmation are subject to availability and processing status. Oldan is not responsible if those changes cannot be accommodated.
